1. The service
Clarify brings your meals, movement and rest together and explains what they mean for your day. Features may change over time as we improve the app.
2. Not medical advice
Clarify provides general wellness information and estimates. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always speak to a qualified professional about health concerns. See our Health disclaimer.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Clarify. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Clarify is free to download. Optional paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. EU consumers keep their statutory rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or using Clarify for unlawful purposes.
6. Your content
You own the data you add. You give us permission to process it only to run Clarify for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our content
The Clarify name, ghost characters, design and software belong to us. You may not copy them without permission.
8. Third-party services
Connections to Apple Health, Health Connect, Google, Garmin, Xiaomi, Samsung, Oura and others are subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
9. Liability
We provide Clarify with care, but "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using Clarify at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will give notice where reasonable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you may also bring claims in the courts where you live. EU consumers can use the online dispute resolution platform.
